How do i fix my boiler?

My problem is when the central heating comes on and starts to heat up, the boiler pressure guage starts to bounce as if there is air in the system. The only way i can leviate the problem at the moment is to turn the hot water tap on slightly to allow air out of the system.

Does anyone know any ways in which i can solve this problem?
