my citroen picasso is showing engine fault on 54 plate?

Have an 05 plate Picasso 2.0 HDi with exactly same problem, took it to a garage for a diagnosis, turns out its a faulty valve which can only be repaired by Citreon....

We have had the same problem for 5 years with ours. In short there is no engine fault! After lots and lots of expensive investigations it turns out there is a very minute air bubble in the system which would be really, really expensive to resolve but doesn't actually affect the performance of the car. Basically the electronics on a Citreon is a great big pile of horse sh** and once you unlucky enough to own one of these cars that get a phantom 'engine fault' you are stuck with it because you will never find a buyer for it!!
