Mend Neff Oven Cooker

how can I switchoff the auto timer on a neff cooker?

On Christmas day my cooker would not heat up and | think its because the auto timer has put itself on I do not have any instructions for it so dont know how to turn it off. It is a neff fan assisted oven and is approx 4 years old
