Speedfight wont start?

I rcently like an idiot spilt petrol in to my oil tank, when i was riding bk it made a cracking sound then cut off, I tried to kick start it but theres no resistance so doesnt turn over. The battery is full not sure what else i can do i startin to do my head in i feel like chuckin it of the cliff by my house pleeeeease help

does any1 no how much it will cost to get fixed at a shop, tried to take apart the ferring but they have locks on the back of them and the bolts have been rounded off by the prev owners and now im stuck with what to do? I dont want to buy a new set as it would cost too much is it better to sell it to the shop as part exchange or for spaers and repairs

i doubt spilling fuel in the oil tank would have caused it although it will make it run slightly less oil in the engine as it would dilute the oil .all depending how much went in there ?it sounds like the piston has had a little nipupeither due to your weak oil mix or just because it was its time to fu*k up.there are lots of reasons they seize a loose circlip/weak mixture/lack of oil/broken ring peg or broken piston,shattered reed.the ignition timing should be ok as its cdi but the only way to tell whats up with it is to take the exhaust off and the right hand(black) fan cover if its air cooled and undo the four 10mm headed bolts that hold the head and barrel on lif off the barel and head and have a look at the state of the piston and barrel if it scored up then it will need a rebore and or a new piston too and you need to determine what has caused it also or you will be back at square one again.

Alas Rich is right I feel. Its not going to be a cheap fix, unless you do it yourself. By putting petrol in the oil tank the mixture will be very weak and so will have casued some internal damage. The good news I think it is proabably the piston and rings which are straight forward to replace. (as long as you have a bit of bike knowledge) I had a crackcase bearing go once and the kick start was really hard it was amost solid. Buy a Haynes manual or borrow one from Libary and have a look and taking the cylinder apart. Bike shop will cost a bomb, ok if you can afford it. Or if your not confident get a mate who is to help.

Sounds like you're piston rings are broke(if you're lucky)otherwise the engine has seized and you have a broken crankshaft.Take it to a bike shop.I recon it's the latter.
