Mend Glowworm Ultimate 60FF Heating Boiler

how can I fix my glowworm ultimate 60ff central heating boiler?

the bearings on the fan motor are about to give up. Can you repair or replace motor only (ie bearings), as the whole fan assembly costs over 100 pounds.
