EAGA Boiler - No hot water?

I have an EAGA (HE30) Boiler, the central heating works but i have no hot water. The Boiler fires up and the pilot light is on but when hot water is put on to "O", it changes to the letter "d" for some reason. Does anyone know what i need to do to get hot water?
