Mend Seat Inca Heater Motor Repair

seat inca heater/fan not blowing but heater is working?

my seat inca 1.9d R reg, the heater is working, can change it from hot to cold but the fan isnt blowing out the hot air, i think ive located the motor that does this but how do i fix it please help
