Mend Magnavox Rear Tv Red

How can i fix my Magnavox rear projection tv?

My tv's color as shifted. The red and blue colors have came apart and i do not know how to fix it. A man told me he could fix it for $300 but that is almost what i payed for it. Is there any help for me?
