is this right ???

Hi, I own a white knight CL847 and have recently replaced the heating element, when i switched it on afterwards it worked fine and tested it on a wet towel and it dryed fine i then moved it from my parents to my house and now it still switches on but does a couple of spins and switches off this because it is getting ridiculously hot and the thermal switch is doing its job, what i want to know is if i have the wires in the right place (copy and paste link below) if they are right what could it be any suggestions/help is very much appreciated.
