Mend Indesit D63 Not Working

INDESIT D63 BOTTOM SPRAYER ARM NOT WORKING?

The water supply does not seem to be connected to the sprayer arm. Any dishes upside down on bottom rack are still dirty. Upper arm cleans anything on its side. Any suggestions
