How do I fix my D63 dishwasher - not filling with water?

Hope someone can help! My D63 indesit dishwasher has just stopped working. I turned it on, turned the dile to programme 1 and the green light flashes but it does nothing else. It sounds like its about to start but it doesnt fill with water and the wash arms do not move.

I have looked for information on the net and most people say it could be the flood trip switch at the bottom of the machine but we have had the machine apart and it is not this, there are no leaks as far as I can see and it has not flooded.

Any ideas or solutions would be greatly received.
