Error code J19 shows, clothes are still wet and dryer has stopped?

When putting a load of clothes in the dryer stops after a short while and comes up with an error code J19, I think as this is what my wife says. There is heat, but not enough, all the filters are clean and recently serviced for the same problem. Was working for a week or so and is now coming up with the same problem.
