Mend GHD (pink version, specific model not stated) Heat Heater Broken

what do i do?

i have only had the new pink ghds since october and they are coming on but wont stop bleepin but they dont heat up i dont no what to do because i do not it is because the heater has broken or because my dog has niked the wire after i cought him with them in his mouth but they have carried on work week or 2 after that

There may be a misconnecting wire - BE CAREFUL. Also there are unfortunately MANY fake GHDs out there. firstly check the hologram code with GHD website or number on the plug lead...is it a genuine set? If not...try to get your money back if your gift has a receipt. One other way to tell if fake is to look at wee booklet...are there any silly spelling errors or do words 'run' togetherlike this? Best to try to take back to store...if they are not e-Bay fakes. Good luck!
