citroen dispatch hdi 03 light on dash?

there is a light on dashboard that looks like a radiator,and the temp gauge keeps jumpin left to right very fast.
its starts and keeps running wen this is happening...some times the engine cuts out to

the radiator light is actually a water sensor. top up your coolant level and it should go off. mine was the same way when i purchased it. all solved now
