Mend Glow Worm 30CXI Heating Hot Water System

Glow Worm 30CXI - not firing up with water but heating is fine?

Got a Glow Worm 30CXI that wont firing up to give hot water but heating works fine on timer and when switched on full.... but still the hot water wont fire up on either setting.
