Mend LG Fridge Model Bottom

How can i fix my fridge. LG model?

My Freezer at the top is working fine but the fridge on the bottom is not cool. Does anyone know if its just a simple problem that could easily be fixed, or would I need to fork out money for repairs?
There is no loud noise coming from the fridge and the lights are fine, just no coolness in the fridge.
