why does ice gather at bottom of freezer on my lg359sq?

the bottom drawer of my freezer compartment keeps getting stuck because ice is gathering under it why is this?

drain hole in back blocked.have a look round the back for a drain tube coming out on top of the compressor.it might have a valve on the end of it.totally defrost with doors open for 24hrs then try blowing down drain tube.if this doesn't work you have to remove back in freezer compartment
