Mend Wirquin FB50 FP1 Toilet Replace Off

How can I replace the washer in a FB50 FP1 Wirquin ball valve?

My daughter has a Wirquin ball valve and the valve will not shut off completely and it appears that the washer may need cleaning or replacing. Unfortunately the plumbers who fitted this did not leave any paperwork for me to read about this.Can you help?
