Nigel,

Switch off at mains socket, then unscrew co-axial cable at the back of sky box receiver, that comes from the dish. Wait for about a minute, then re-connect the co-axial cable and switch back on at the mains socket. Switch back on the sky box, this will take about 2 minutes to find all your channels, if this does not work, I would call the engineer back to check out the LNB connection at the dish.
