Glow worm Ultimate 40FF very noisy?

When central heating or hot water turned on there is a loud whirring noise coming from the system. The system is a Glow worm Ultimate 40FF with a Santon unvented water heater. I think its the pump but not 100%

Well if it's anything like mine there is a loud kind of grating noise coming from the boiler unit itself. what you need mate is a new fan unit (like Peter said) part no 2000800431, just sourcing one myself
