how can i replace my front lower arms?

you will need to jack up the front of the car and support it on axle stands, remove the front wheels, loosen the ball joint at the end of the arm behind the brakes using a ball joint seperater, undo and remove the bolts at the other end of the arm, remove anti roll bar bolt if fitted to the arm,taking care not to pull the driveshaft from the gear box prise arm from its mountings,refit in reverse sequence,
