Fiat Scudo indicater & heater problems?

My fiat scudo van fan/heater has just started working after being out of action for 12 months, it just come back on again? but i have no way of controlling the air flow as my slider controll does not adjust anything, it will probably conk out again ! anybody any ideas???
Also my indicaters & hazard lights have stopped working today? when i put my alarm on all indicaters flash!
