Mend Alpha Heating 280E Combi Boiler Ignition Pcb

Alpha 280E combi boiler?

Have just changed ignition pcb board as there was no spark now the boiler will start up on heating only then trip the red light button after a few seconds but the boiler will not ignite at all on water only
any ideas
