Samsung Refrigerator Broken Water Dispenser?

same exact problem just happened to my unit. was hoping to find an answer here

I can't tell you how to fix it. I can only commiserate. Just had RF266 installed (yesterday). Hooked up water line today. Was draining water out, as per instruction. About 2 gallons into it the exact same thing occurred, I heard the sound of a small [plastic] piece falling down inside the switch and it stopped working. Took the rubber cover off and now to get water we have to poke our finger in and activate the switch while holding glass under outlet.
