Homelite 330 runs wide open when started?

I just replaced the diaphram in my homelite 330 when it starts it runs wide open even when choked. Whats going on? Thanks

There are only two ways it can run wide open even when in idle, either you have a massive air leak ( crank seal leaking, gasket broken or miss aligned ) or the throttle flap in the carb is stuck open ( gasket fouling flap,throttle flap screw loose ).
