Mend JVC Picture Jvc Camcorder

How can I fix the picture on my JVC camcorder? ?

I have a JVC camcorder. I have sound but no picture. I trouble-shot with the whole manual and no luck....I have hardly used it but 4 x's the past 4 years.....can anyone help?
