Mend Smeg Lights Cooker Hood

How do I replace the halogen lights on my smeg cooker hood?

My smeg cooker hood is 1110mm and the 2 halogen lights have fused. Do I need to have a smeg engineer come and replace them or is this something I could do myself ?
