Mend Landis & Staefa RWB2E Work Properly Turn

Can I get my central heating to work properly?

Landis and Staefa RWB2E gas central heating won't turn on/off at the set times and is staying on all the time. LED lights also shown ON all the time. Have tried various ploys, eg rotating timer dial, re-setting on/off times but these don't work? Is it something I can easily fix?
