Mend Glowworm 85/100 Boiler Fault Heating

Glowworm 85/100 boiler fault?

Finally got the boiler pilot light relit after many attempts ( faulty thermocouple ? ) but no heat in downstairs radiators, though upstairs work fine. There is a little heat in the inlet pipe to one of the downstairs radiators, but no others and all the valves are open. How can I fix this ?
