How can I repair my pendrive [kingston,DTI,4gb]?

WHEN I INSERT THE DRIVE, THE LIGHT BRINGS BUT IT DOSE NOT INECATE IN MY COMPUTER.THE SIMBOL DOSE APEARS ON THE TASK BAR.
