Mend Boiler Heating Low Pressure

boiler fault?

i found out the boiler wasnt working due to low pressure.i repressurised system and the heating came on as normal,now when i turn the hot water tap on nothing comes out the tap, its as if the hot water has been blanked off. any help anyone im stuck
