Renualt RX4 The horn keeps sounding when I turn my car off?

HELP, I have just returned home and turned my car off, but the horn keeps sounding in a continuous blast. If I turn the key back on it stops the horn, but once I turn the car off the horn starts. I have pulled the fuse, but what is the fault and cure.
