How can I fix my Optima XM6 alarm?

My Optima XM6 alarm goes off for no reason and when I disconnect it from the battery and the main power it still alarms (is there another fail safe?). Also when I try and put the front panel back on it will not let me reset the alarm on the key pad. In fact it wont accept any commands on the key pad once the panel has been removed. Also removing the fuse does not help. What can I do????????
