Mend Ariston Euro Combi Boiler Home Heating Hot Water

How to fix my ariston Euro Combi?

There is something wrong with the hot water, it does not heat up unless the Heating or radiator dial is on, when we turn the heating off, the hot water temperature also goes down to about 40 degrees.

hi there i have a old ariston uro combi boiler central heating working fine the water board had a bust pipe and in result in that was sloge comeing throw the tap in my kitchen now my hot water not working but heating is can u help thanx

I had the same problem on my Eurocombi sx20mffi. i was told by Ariston technical that it was not a defective diverter, but it probably needed flushing through and the filter cleaned.
