Mend Ravenheat Combi Boiler Central Heating Problem

Any ideas what my problem is???

I have a 10 year old Ravenheat combi boiler (not sure of model, but will add when i get home later). It will only heat the water when the central heating is on full, and even then i can only get 'hot' water when running really slowly.

My Central heating works fine.

Is this a common problem, and is it repairable?
