Mend Polyskin Leaking Garage Roof

Leaking garage roof ?

I have had several estimates at around £1,600to mend mine and my neighbours gargage rooves - the two garages are joined and separate from our house.
I have been considering Polyskin as they say this will outlast felt but I am very unsure - a lady pensioner -can you advise me?
