Mend Vauxhall Nova 1.4 Luxe Motor Turning Engine

nova 1.4 luxe starter motor not turning but battery charged?

nova 1.4 luxe engine will not start. there is power from the battery but the starter motor not turning. noticed that when key is turned battery and ingnition light dont come on on the dash (parking does). thinking pos electrical connection?? note that car ok started then stalled (reccuring problem) then fault occured. have check all connections around starter motor.

Check actual battery voltage.
Check all earth cables, especially engine to chassis and battery to chassis.
Try to push-start the car (assuming it is a manual gearbox).
