How can i fix my potterton combi 80?

I have plenty of hot water but when I put the heating on the boiler runs for about 2 minutes then cuts out the pump is running but the heat seems to be trying to go the wrong direction

I have the same issue , have you got a shower or tap that is always dripping water this could be the issue, my boiler man has change the pump - but thinks you need to have a specific to shower fitting to work with the Combi 80
