Mend Flush Button Top Toilet

duel flush button is broke?

I took the lid off the top of my toilet and ever since then the duel button has been stuck down and unable to flush. It looks as though something in the tank has been knocked out of place, so i just really need to know which bits are suppose to go where & how to fix it.
