Mend Rangemaster Leisure 55 Gas Cooker Oven Thermostat

how can I fix my Rangemaster Leisure 55?

I think it is the thermostat except it will not reach any great height with the flame, only reaching mark 2 at any time. The grill and hob work perfectly well, and I would have thought that if it was indeed the thermostat the flame would have remained high in the oven. The serial number is 5333 022168.
