vaux.. Thank you for your reply i will check the things you mentioned. After a bit it shows 90degrees on the temp gauge

Is the engine heating up properly, what temp is showing on the gauge?
Have you bled the air out of the cooling system properly? You have not given any detail on the year/mark/engine, but on mine there was a bleed screw on the heater control valve in the engine bay.
Did you disconnect the hoses to the heater matrix and flush it separately?
