Mend Hitachi MCB30 Faulty Fault Setting

Faulty Hitachin MCB30?

Hi,
The fault is it keeps blowing (plug) fuses -apparently it was on convection oven setting & kept stopping.Mum kept restarting it until it just stopped & now just blows mains fuses - any ideas anyone ?
