i think you have one of a couple of things wrong it could be the drum bearings which are the most likely sorce for noise or something as got between the outer drum and inner drum most likely a bra wire or coins best to check all clothes pockets before putting items into the machine and never wash bras with wire supports in a machine do them by hand ,fitting new bearings and seal is a big job and can be quite costly
