Mend Ford Focus ZTS Fill Gas Tank

What is the problem with my car?

I believe that every time I fill the gas tank of my 2001 Ford Focus ZTS the car will die when I give it gas, but only at random, not everytime I give it gas. I have been to multiple auto repair shops, and none of them can find the source of the problem.
