ldv convoy leaks round the wiper arms how can it be stopped?

Wipers make sure they are in the rested position - marking the wipers and scribing across the spindle and wiper arm would make them easy to refit by aligning these marks - remove the wipers - remove the large 22mm spindle outer nuts - remove the black panel/cover this has 3 screws under the bonnet and two plastic push in studs on either side of the windscreen - then remove spindal inner nuts and there could be a spacer and then the seal - you could buy these seals from LDV Main dealer (not recomended) or improvise from common seals/washers - then refit all in reverse - 2 suggestions before refit is LDV made vehicles for easy swaping from left to right hand drive this is why there are two holes for everything - the two spare holes under the windscreen i have sealed with a correct size gromet and duck tape and the two spare holes on the panel have been sealed by a gromet - this might even cut down on the draughts in the cab.
