btw to decrease the pressure there is a valve that u turn usually red to dump pressure or u can drain a rad and refill it dont forget to turn off the valves on rad while u drain it both ends

2 possible reasons either the filling loop is not closed properly or if the boiler is on and the pressure goes up then the expansion vessel needs replenishing
