How can I replace the coals on my Cannon Caress gas fire?

I have lost my instruction manual for my Cannon Caress gas fire and need it to replace the coals after a maintenance. Can you help please?

there r websites available on net with all information manuals etc i just checked the 1 i use and your fire is listed mine isnt a free site but im sure u can google it to find manual and print it out
