Kohlangaz Kamina Real Flame Gas Fire?

I have a Kohlangaz Kamina Real Flame Gas fire. The wire base on which the coal logs sit is distorted. Where can I get a replacement?

I too do not have the user instruction manual.

Does anyone have a copy. Please email it to me.

piezospark Ignition is not working shapes of coals distorted seems to be taking lot of gas to emit heat minimum Kw217 out put lesser than expected probably needs to be seen by engineer IF IF
the things can`t be rectified If needs to be replaced

I am soon to remove above fire after xmas I have user and installation manuals. Gas valve still good as is the fire itself. Coals etc require replacing but I wont bother now.

Hello Robert (Rob404) or anyone else who has the Kohlangaz Kamina coal layout
Would you be able to email me a layout of the coals for this fire please. We have a perfectly good fire that is to be condemned because new regulations state the coals have to be laid out in a specific order and we do not know what the layout is.

I have both the user instructions and the installation and servicing instructions for the Kohlangaz Kamina fire. I no longer have this fire but may require them for my Kadenza fire which is similar but with remote control. I cannot find any instructions for the Kadenza. Do you know of anywhere?
