ariston combi boiler?

hi can you help?? i have a ariston boiler which is about 2 years old, and the problem is every time i turn on the hot water it blows the two 2amp fuses every time, any suggestions please.

poss water got into motor head on diverter valve... if so bush needs replacing and 240v motor.
