Mend Ford Transit Replaced Broken Light

whats wrong with my transit?

i have just replaced my starter and alternator because the starter was broken and i shorted out the alternator now with everything fitted my ignition light is still on is there a fuse or can someone help thanks

I have never heard of shorting out a alternator from replacing the stater unless you didn`t disconnect the battery before you started .....??? Or possably not putting wiring back in place right ....
But if it did short out the alternator its proably a fuse or screwed up something in the cluster
ingntion light or a alternator light
